two independent members representing the wine industry serve on the
Council. It has been well respected winemaker Francois Naude and
Dr Ockert Augustyn of Nietvoorbij since inception of the SACC.
Dr.
Augustyn has resigned recently and was replaced by Charl
Theron of the University of Stellenbosch.
We are very thankful for the great experience that Dr. Augustyn
has brought to the SACC during his involvement.
